Shipping Options

Standard shipping (2-5 working days) – base fee of R135.
Express shipping (1-3 working days) – base fee of R180.
Please note that these amounts may increase depending on your location, fuel surcharges, and order size – you will be notified accordingly.

Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be processed once proof of payment has been received.

Although every effort will be made to assist where possible, we are not liable for any damages, losses or delays that may occur in transit once the package is in the hands of the courier. Note that shipping times may vary due to weekends and public holidays.

Returns

As a small business, we do not offer any refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our part. Please note that all of our products are quality inspected before being shipped.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and unused, in the same condition and packaging it was received in.
The return request must be logged with us within 3 days of receiving the item.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects with the item or if an incorrect product was received.
